How do I fix my broken windows

[Windows 11]

I got done watching an episode and went to turn off my computer but the power button wasn’t working so I pressed the restart button on the case and after loading my bios it seems to just stop when it try’s to load windows it’s just a black screen with the loading circle for my courser one time to face my a blue sceen about windows repair but I’d didn’t help and it won’t come back I didn’t download anything any ideas
