How do I fix Microsoft store not opening? I've tried I think every method I've seen, but nothing works

My Microsoft store wont open, and I believe I have tried everything I can, install updates, wsreset.exe, everything I could find and yet it still dont work. I have screenshots of stuff that may be important, and yes, before you ask me to ry something, I HAVE TRIED IT ALREADY, and im also unable to open pictures and videos from files, open some app/games like asphalt 9: legends, etc.
