How Do I Fix Lenovo ADA-V14 82C6 Stuck On Boot Menu Loop?

My Laptop fell of Side Stool and after I powered on. It got stuck on boot Menu.I've got Linux and Windows on it. When I select either of the OS it doesn't do anything it just goes back to the boot menu.I have a bootable win 10 installation on my USB which I used in loading my daughter's laptop but when I also inserted and clicked on it, it wouldn't do anything. I also removed the RAM, HDD and CMOS Battery but still showing the Boot Menu.Pressing Fn + F2 or F12 doesn't do anything either. It just shows lenovo and doesn't go anywhere.Any idea on what to do?
