How do I fix games from crashing when I alt tab

When I alt-tab my game always crashes, this is not specific to 1 game but all of them. First I had this with valorant, tried several things like turning off "optimizations for windows in games" in the settings and several other things. Now this also happens with fortnite and my valorant game even gives the same message when I alt-tab when I want to start the game. I have an HP pc with window 11 RTX 4060 i7.
