How do I fix event ID 41?

Hello,I have been receiving Kernel-Power 41 critical error from time to time and I haven't been able to troubleshoot it.Occasionally when my PC sleeps, it will become stuck and unable to wake but also unable to turn off. The lights and fans are going and the keyboard lights will respond, but the monitor will say something like "no DP output detected."
