How do I fix Bluetooth completely disappearing off of my computer?

I used to have Bluetooth on my PC but randomly one day it just vanished and I can't connect things like controllers wirelessly to my computer. I checked device manager and Bluetooth was not being displayed even after I clicked on show hidden devices. I have tried numerous methods I have found across the web such as, reinstalling a Bluetooth driver (I did this off of the intel website), using the Bluetooth troubleshooting, powering off my computer, unplugging it for 30 minutes and trying again, reinstalling legacy hardware, restarting Bluetooth support service and switching it to automatic, and
