How do I fix bluescreening and unable to start blue screen error?

Hi, my pc recently started bluescreening and after 1 blue screen it stopped working. It came up with the stop code CRITICAL_PROCCESS_DIED. I think its a software problem but I don't know. I tried the disk check and all of the things in the command prompt and booting it in safe mode didn't work. Please help.
