How do i fix an error in roblox its saying that roblox encoutered a unexpected error click ok to create support files,then share to our support site.

i already tried restarting my computer, i tried unisntalling roblox and didnt work, i tried formating my computer and didnt work i don't know how to fix it i tried looking in youtube and no one had that problem.
