How do I fix a laptop that boots properly with black screen

My laptop sudden turned black while I was using it. Then I turned off the laptop and turn it back on manually by pressing the power button. At first, the screen turned on with glitchy effects for a few seconds. Overtime I repeated the above steps, until the screen completely went malfunctioned. After that, the laptop runs normally except of the screen. I can hear the noise of the spinning fan and sound effects of an opening laptop and see the RGB lights on the keyboard.I tried to reset the graphic card driver by pressing window key, control, shift and B at the same time as those online videos
