how do i fix a driver error on a usb drive

hii have a non brand company usb drive my dad gave methe pc detects it but tells me its a driver error when i open settings > bluetooth > devices > scrolled down to other devices and found it but it shows the name as " unknown usb device ( device descriptor request failed) and on the bottom it says driver error"and in device manager it says the same thingi have tried multiple usb portsuninstalling and restarting my pcpc repair software (did not work because had to pay)any help???
