How do I fix a blue screen of death with the boot error 0xc000021a?

I could not boot into Windows. The computer would try to boot but I would get a BSOD with an error code of, 0xc000021a.I couldn't log into Safe Mode, Disable driver signature enforcement or anything else from the Startup Settings menu.The computer would reboot and we'd get the BSOD again with the same error, 0xc000021a.Next option was to try Advanced Startup Options and more failures.
