How do I extend my C drive?

I am trying to extend my C drive as I have constant storage errors where my programmes take up too much space. I have backed up all my d drive data and shrunk the database, and I am running computer management as and administrator. However, the option to extend the c drive is still greyed out (see picture). Please advise?
