How do I eliminate having to enter my password when I wake my computer from Sleep?

Whenever I wake my computer from sleep, I am required to sign in again. I want to eliminate this requirement.I tried to change this by going went to Settings, then Account, then Sign-in Options. The very first item on this page is the allow Hello sign-in which is "Off". Next is "Require sign-in" Immediately following that is athe following message in red letters: "Authentication is required when this PC wakes from sleep. To change this, go to Settings and search for Power & sleep." Below that is the message: "If you've been away, when should Windows require you to sign in again?
