How do I download the HID-compliant touch screen driver from the Microsoft Update Catalog Website

My touchscreen wasn't working at all so I was told to uninstall the device and reinstall it.However, now that I have uninstalled it I don't now how to install it from the website as there's three different types and I don't know what to do after it.I really need help on this,Thanks.
