How do I downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10? The "go back" option doesn't appear in my settings.

Due to some reasons, I think it would be best to downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10, however I couldn't seem to see the "go back" option which is supposed to appear in my settings. I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 when it came out, so does that mean I have to buy another product key for Windows 10 again on this device? Do I need a USB to perform an installation of Windows 10 or I can just install it directly in my device?
