How do I disable this screen that pops up while trying to shutdown my pc?

I am talking about this this screen:I remember I turned off this screen popping up when shutting down before resetting my computer and now I can't find the setting. Has this setting been removed or am I just not able to find it? I would be happy if someone could help. I am also on windows 11.
