How do I disable Focus Assist ?

Hello,cf this post and the bad answer with it :Redirecting UI principle : if you introduce a new feature, give access to a way of hiding it, if not necessary.Is the focus necessary ?Microsoft butchered the calendar pane by adding both focus and notifications.So the question remains, after few years of bad answers (the post above being not alone) : how to disable completely the focus assist ?
