How do I disable Ctrl+E to start the laser pointer function

Operating System: Windows 10 System Manufacturer: Dell Inc. No matter what interface I am in, when I press Ctrl+E for me, Laser pointer mode will pop up and the mouse will change to laser pointer style. Also, when I press ctrl+L it's a magnifying glass and Ctrl+J is a spotlight. How do I solve this problem to turn off this feature?
