How do I disable BitLocker when the Volume is Locked? I have no recovery password and I have done all the cmd commands and everything and it still won

Randomly switched on my laptop normally and was stuck in this BitLocker loop. I have no recovery passwords saved to the email that they are supposed to be on, and none of the command prompts or BIOS setup instructions are helping with anything. The Volume is still locked and I'm unable to use my device. Please help.
