How do I determine WHEN & HOW my machine was converted to WIN 11 Enterprise??????

Machine was purchased with WIN 11 HomeThe same day I fired it up, I applied Win 10/11 Pro via the Microsoft Store.The machine was sent for Repair 4 months later, and I'm pretty sure because the Main Board & Operating System Restore were performed, a Factory Service "Geek" applied WIN 11 ENTERPRISE by mistake. I don't remember when I noticed that "Upgrade"I applied for Lenovo's USB Recovery Disk, but they would only provide the original WIN 11 Home.I fought with them for weeks, to make them understand that I DID NOT possess a copy of WIN 11 Enterprise and can't buy a copy as a REGULAR Consu
