How do i delete Taskhostw.exe and fake realtek audio driver?

Hello.The problem is exactlu the same as in this question: Redirecting only difference is that i cant even download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool. Every time i search for BleepingComputer it redirects me to Google Public DNS. If i search anywhere else it just closes chrome. What do i do now?
