How do I deal with the problem ' automatic repair can't repair your pc' ?

When I click on troubleshoot and then advanced options .. i have almost tried every option and every command possible .. but I am not able to run my pc again .. it just sends me back on blue screen saying automatic repair can't repair your pc .. please tell me how do I solve that .. I'm very tensed
