How do I create a blank virtual desktop in windows 11 - I cannot create a new blank desktop without changing all desktops

I want to create a new desktop. A blank one per se where I can switch from my normal work desktop to a special operation apps desktop, clean of clutter. I read, I read Uncheck Desktop Icons. That works great, but it makes all of the desktops turn off the icons. I only want the icons off on the new desktop.How do I do that?Dave
