How do I copy my full user profile to another account on win 10 pro

So I was trying to install android studio when I discovered that I couldn't install it because I had made the mistake of using an accent / non-ascii character in my windows username at creation. ("Élwan")I thinked of maybe changing the folder name in C:/Users but that could cause issues with some apps.I want to create another account which doesn't have this issue and transfer all my settings (including 3rd parties account logins like google) and importants files to it, reinstall the important apps (I don't have that many apps yet) and delete my previous account.The problem is, I can't find how
