How do I convert a Microsoft account to a local account if Windows doesn't give me the option?

Hi. This is my work account, and I'm trying to convert my local account on my computer from a Microsoft account to a local account, but Windows doesn't give me the option. I've tried disabling OneDrive, and I would prefer not to leave my family group in order to do so. I've tried everything I could think of in order to do so, and I still cannot convert it to a local account. Here's the image just in case you're wondering what's going on here.
