How do I contact somebody about fraud using Microsoft name?

I was contacted by email from the company representing Microsoft stating that I will be billed $688.98. I did not subscribe for this subscription when I tried to contact them. They tried to remotely access my phone. I would not do that. I’m trying to call and find out how to take care
