How do I connect a bitlocked laptop with my Microsoft account?

Hello,I do not know the Bitlocker recovery key nor the password. I tried to get the key logging into my Microsoft account from another device. However, my laptop is not listed in my connected devices despite of me always using this account to log into my laptop.Is it possible to somehow connect my locked laptop with my Microsoft account, eventually using cmd? And another question: How is it possible that my laptop is not displayed in my Microsoft account but all my other devices are? All of them belong to the same organization.
