How do I choose which library to open or create a new library in the Apple Music app on Windows 11 computer?

I have installed the Apple Music app on my Windows 11 computer. On my Windows 10 computer using iTunes I could open different music libraries by using the shift key while opening iTunes and then selecting the library I want to open. Apple says to choose which library to open in Apple Music you hold down the shift key while opening the Apple Music app. However, when I do this I do not get the option to create new or open existing libraries, it just opens the existing library. Should holding the shift key down whilst opening the Apple Music app give the option to choose from multiple librarie
