How do I change what gpu is being used?

Hello, I recently realized that what I believe to be my integrated gpu is being used instead of the gpu I bought (AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT). It shows up in device manager but in task manager it is shown as GPU 0 and is not utilized when I am gaming. I've seen a solution where I need to go to graphic settings and set it to high performance but when I go to do that both options given are the integrated GPU. I tried disabling the integrated GPU but it makes my games have a lot of lag and it seems my GPU is barely being used at 1-5% utilization.
