How do I change time zone for family screen-time (not the device time / time zone, i mean the time zone that microsoft family's screen-time thinks it

The family screen-time time-zone doesn't match the time zone we are in nor the time zone on our devices. I have to constantly change my screen-time setings because it's set for Spain (we lived there for 10 months last year) we bought all of our devices in the US and the time switched over fine when we were in Spain to match Spain's time zone but since we've been back in the US it still turns screen-time on Spain time. I can't turn off the screen-time my kid will we online in the middle of the night and never sleep. Why won't it change? I have been dealing with this for 10 months. I use windo
