How do I change the windows boot logo?

So I'm working on a custom windows version, "Windows 10 MTR" that is optimized for older hardware and for more performance, but I want to change the boot logo, but modifying BIOS or UEFI is out of the question, because when I make it in an ISO the EFI partition changes made manually or by HackBGRT don't take effect on other computers. And even if it does I want it to work on BIOS as well, I've been trying to find where the boot logo is stored but I had no luck,I'm doing this on Windows 10 LTSC 21H2 x64
