How do I change the scrolling direction of a PS/2 mouse?

My supervisor recently purchased a wireless keyboard/mouse combo for me to use and I'd like to change the scrolling direction. The product name on the box is just "Wireless keyboard and mouse combo" and the packaging is very nondescript. From further examination, I found that the Model is KB005-3 and the FCC ID is 2A2B4-KG662. Based on this, the best thing I could find online was the FCC ID user manual, which I already have a copy of.
