How do I change the keybind for a screenshot?

I tend to play games with a shiftlock in which I usually don't use. When I want to take screenshots with Win + Shift + S it'll automatically enable shiftlock which will adjust what I'm taking a picture of. Is there any way to change it so that it becomes just Win + S ? An additional question is that doing the command above will pull up a screen where I can snip it, is there a way to immediately make it so that it captures the entire screen? Thanks (I don't have the Prt Src button)
