How do I change the interests for the Widget on my lock screen?

How do I change the interests for the Widget on my lock screen? It displays sports of which I have no interest. All instructions I have found tell me to open the Widget? When I type in Widget in Win 11 it takes me to a Microsoft help page every single time. Is there step by step instructions? Why is Microsoft so terrible at simple instructions?
