How do i change my windows edition from Win 10 loT Enterprise 2021 LTSC, to Win 10 Pro?

I recently bought two Dell OptiPlex 3000 Thin Client computers to my office environment with Win 10 IoT Enterprise installed. The Thin client came with different remote desktop programs preinstalled. I know now that the Win 10 IoT enterprise is focused on remote desktop and therefor there is a lot of restrictions in the operating system.I want a more personalized computer for the office and therefor want to reset the windows edition to Win 10 Pro.I have tried resetting the PC but it is asking for a recovery media. I have tried making a recovery media on USB Drive, but it saying i have corrupte
