how do i change my email in my situation? (also this is my ult account)

so i was hacked and i get my password changed by microsoft support. but i cant change my email because in order to change my email i need to be able to sign into my account which i would be able to do if it wasnt for the fact that my account was shut down so it sends a email to the accounts email that i dont have access to like one big loop and theres no possible way to talk to somone and explain my situation too so what do i do?
