How do I change my email address on this account?

I simply want to change the email address to which the monthly billing emails are sent to me. I've spent 20 minutes going around in circles with the help links provided and would like assistance. Asking for simple step-by-step instructions so I can have emails come to my new email address rather than my former email address. Thank you!Terri
