How do I associate an address with a network endpoint? and why is my network Unidentified?

Hello,I received this error message when using ipoconfig /release:"An error occurred while releasing interface Wi-Fi 3 : An address had not yet been associated with the network endpoint"Any suggestions?(Before this I had a problem with my ethernet it said unidentified network, I tried these commands: netsh winsock resetnetsh int ip resetipconfig /releaseipconfig /renewipconfig /flushdnsAnd now it cant even identify my network it has been identifying my network for about 10mins)
