How do I adjust my Windows 10 audio driver buffer for minimum latency using Mumble with USB headsets?

Urgent: After very low and stable round-trip latency on Mumble voicechat sessions the roung trip latency increased by 75+ milliseconds and I've narrowed it down the the Windows 10 PCs I use with Poly/Plantronics USB headsets. Both PCs run Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 with Microsoft 10.0.18361.1 audio drivers. I suspect Windows automatic upgrades triggered the latency increase and rather than trying to go back to earlier software, I'd like to learn how set up both PCs for minimum latency for my Mumble sessions which have about 7 KHz analog bandwith. I'm open to using different drivers like ASIO4ALL - if it is appropriate for my Use Case. I'd be pleased to hire someone to help me.
