How do I access my Virus & Threat protection settings?

I want to access my Virus & Threat protection settings, but I can't, it says that my IT administrator has limited my access to some areas and that the item I'm looking for is not available. Apparently, I need to contact them but who do I contact and is there any possible way I can fix this on my own?
