I have the hard drive connected and can see it is being recognized by the laptop both under devices and under Disk Management. I can see Disk 0, which is my laptop's storage space, and I can see Disk 1 which is the external hard drive. Under properties partition 1 is healthy. I renamed partition 2 of Disk 1 to New Volume (D
