How do I access Command Prompt when there is no administrator account?

My Windows 10 booted up to a black screen after login ( at that time I was able to access Task Manager). I was able to run System Tepair only to get error message: BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO. Now nothing works!Anytime I try to access any advanced options Recovery environment, (like Command Prompt, Startup Repair, System Restore, etc it is asking for an admin password. This is my computer, I am the business owner and the only computer for the business. THERE IS NO ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD. I am absolutely boggled. How do I get my system up & running without an admin password?
