How could I get two independent windows10 OSs in one PC

Hi!I want to install two windows10 OS in one PC and let them work independently. I was both using a 500GB SSD(with windows11 OS installed) and one 1TB HDD( no OS, just as a storage for SSD). I have to OS right now, one windows10 OS and one windows11 OS. I want to let these two harddisks work for different work independently. Days ago I formatted my HDD,removed SSD,and installed windows10 OS in HDD. Then I loaded both SSD and HDD. I found that two OSs are sharing files. I am afraid that virus could escape from one harddisk to the other one. I want to let two systems work independently, 2 OSs co
