How can you fix "You Need to Authenticate to Microsoft Services" that won't go away in Bedrock Edition?

No matter what I do the issue won't go away. I haven't seen it before. Day after day of retrying it won't leave.To fix it I have tried:>Signing out and back in.>Restarting the computer.>Uninstalling and reinstalling Bedrock Edition.>Waiting multiple days.
