How can we prevent library patrons from logging in to our public computers with their personal windows credentials

We have several computers that are used by the public.We have created a secure Admin account, and a guest account for patrons. Those are the only accounts we want to be able to log into these computers.We do not have AD set up, but we need to prohibit library guests from signing into these computers using their own Microsoft accounts.
