How can we fix the problem with spooler

They can't print!!!Employees only want to close the laptop's lid if their time is out or break time. Now, as the only IT officer. I troubleshoot to fix it. The solution I found is to stop and start the spooler service or restart the laptops. But this problem occurs every time the employee closes their laptop lids. I am using:Windows 11 Home Single Language 10.0.22631 Build 22631 (23H2)
