How can we fix error code 0x80070005 during a Clean Install of Windows 11, while being stuck in BIOS and booting indefinitely...

Long story short my computer was capouut, messed up with the C:/drive, Regedit and deleted SSID user. at one point i was stuck in the widows login page, At the end i was able to gain back access to windows but the damages was done could do much on the computer. The factory reset option from windows didn't worked, including in repair mode(Shift + reset computer). So i decide to do a reset with the media creation tool with a USB. So everything saved in the USB, I decided to run in the Media Creation on the computer I wanted to wipe out but not in BIOS mode in the normal windows settings. Thinkin
