How can someone configure "Windows 11" to increase the amount of CPU and the number of threads which the "File Explorer" uses when it creates archive

The "Windows 11" "File Explorer" software provides excellent new features for creating compressed archive files in additional formats, meaning formats in addition to files which use the ZIP format. I think that is excellent! However, the "File Explorer" takes a very long time to create *.7z files when using maximum compression (smallest size)―seemingly, less than 15% of the available CPU. Other file archiving and compression software can utilize much more processing power, in addition to numbers of threads, and complete the same activities in much less time.
