How can it possibly take over two hours to move an album from one location to another within the same drive on Windows 11?

I've purchased and downloaded a music album from amazon and am trying to cut and paste the album into my music folder. There are 13 songs and the album is approximately 83mb in size. Why does it take so long? It should be instant yet the pop-up window is telling me it'll take over 2 hours. It's already been 30 minutes and it's only 52% done.
