How can I view .heic 10-bit photos?

How can I view .heic 10-bit photos in Windows 11 Photos and explorer thumbnail? I have the HEIF and HEVC extensions installed, the Photos app works fine with iPhone photos, but those are 8-bit. My phone ( OnePlus 12 ) shoots heic 10-bit photos that I can't view on any Windows PC. Third-party apps have limited functionality, as they still need the codecs.Does anyone have any ideas? Please help. Thanks
